Terms of Service

1. About Pracboard
Pracboard is part of the WAZABI esports ecosystem and is designed to support structured training, team collaboration, and performance development.
The platform is operated by WAZABI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pracboard.
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Pracboard. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Accounts & security
You sign up and log in via Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other user accounts.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service.
- Do not upload malicious content or distribute malware.
If you believe content on the platform is unlawful, you may report it to contact@pracboard.gg. We will review reports in accordance with applicable law.
5. Content you create
You are responsible for what you share.
You retain ownership of the content you create in Pracboard (such as tasks, notes, and team content).
By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
6. Paid features & subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and plan details will be presented clearly before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing digital services. However, by purchasing and requesting immediate access to paid features, you expressly request that performance begins during the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you may be required to pay for the period during which the service was provided if you exercise your right of withdrawal.
7. Availability & changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
While we aim to provide a stable and secure platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Platform moderation
We do not monitor all content.
The platform may contain user-generated content. We are not obligated to actively monitor all content shared on the platform.
We may remove content and/or suspend accounts.
If we become aware of unlawful content, violations of these Terms, or misuse of the service, we may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts as necessary to protect the platform and its users.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAZABI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules or liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Termination
You may stop using Pracboard at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where required to protect the platform, other users, or comply with legal obligations.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

This platform incorporates certain third-party software components licensed under open-source licenses.
